Architecture defines more than the appearance of a building. It establishes how the building sits on its site, how spaces connect, how daylight enters, how people move and how clearly the design can be built. We begin with the client’s objectives, the site and the constraints that shape the project.
Zenit Studio is an architecture and interior design practice based in Yerevan. We work on private houses, villas, residential developments, mixed-use, office and retail buildings. Architecture, exterior, interior and landscape are developed as one connected system.
The scope is tailored to each project and may include site research, concept design, master planning, spatial and planning solutions, elevations, sections, construction documentation, engineering coordination, approvals support and design supervision.

What to know before starting.
What does a complete architectural project include?
The scope depends on the building type and brief. It commonly includes site analysis, concept, master plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and consultant coordination.
When should I contact an architect?
Ideally before buying a site or immediately afterwards. Early analysis can test constraints, access, sun orientation, topography and the realistic development area.
Do you work outside Yerevan?
Yes. Zenit Studio works in Yerevan, across Armenia and internationally. The site research and survey format is agreed according to the project location.
How long does design take?
Timing depends on scale, complexity, required disciplines and the pace of client approvals. A project schedule is prepared after the brief and site information are received.
